Vendor Insurance Tracking and Management System
Tracking ~200 Vendors and Contractors with over 40 different insurance variables and dates was a nightmare for this Fortune 100 Company.  Liability was becoming a big issue because they were never sure if their vendors were in compliance of all of the insurance regulations.  VTRAK provided a common tool that allows any department manager instant access to compliance information and automated the task of contacting any vendor that was in danger of falling out of compliance. 

VTRAK as we call it has been highly successful.  Since putting it in production our client has raised its compliance rating from 63% to a little over 97%.  That is amazing!  They have never been able to quote this high of a rate in the past.  VTRAK automates communication with all the vendors/contractors via an email that let's them know as they fail any type of compliance factor automatically.  This will benefit our client in many ways.  Cheaper insurance rates and less chance of litigation are two of the key factors on top of the man hours saved!

Multi Functional Vendor Data Dashboard
The main feature of VTRAK is it's multifunctional main screen.  All of the vendors in the system can be traced from this one screen by the users.  Users can see every vendor's data but are limited to managing only the vendors that are assigned to their department.  This minimizes the workload and helps keep the entire division in compliance as each manager only has ten or so vendors to track, but they can know immediately the status of any vendor when needed.  The Multi-Function Dashboard lets the user drill down to exact data with just a couple mouse clicks.  A compliance report is available at any time and can be emailed to anyone instantly.  Through the use of custom right click menus, just about every function of VTRAK is no more than a single click away. 

It's save to say the VTRAK has become an invaluable tool at this Fortune 100 client where dozens of users rely on it every day to keep their insurance costs and their time to manage this function at the lowest possible value.
